This new construction project consists of 254 apartment units with 409 structured parking stalls. The apartments wrap around the precast parking garage. Grade level slabs were designed as structural concrete slab-on-void due to highly expansive soils at the site.

The five story Type IIIA light framed timber apartment building is supported on a concrete grade-beam and drilled pier foundation.

The six tier Type IIB precast parking garage is supported on a concrete grade beam and drilled pier foundation.
