Located next door to Highpointe Apartments (also designed by Anchor), near the intersection of Hampden and I-25 in the Denver Metro area, this Senior Living development included 68 Assisted Living units, and 23 Memory Care units. As a Type III-A building, the project was constructed with cast-in-place concrete, and incorporated elevated post-tensioned concrete slabs at each of the three levels above grade, including the roof.  The project was completed for Spectrum Development through Vessel Architecture & Design.
