This development included both Assisted Living and Memory Care units to provide needed housing for the seniors in the Ralston Valley area of Arvada, CO.  With over 119,000 square feet, this 134 unit, two-story structure provides many amenity areas, two interior courtyards, and medical/administrative support facilities to its residents. This predominantly light wood-framed building incorporated plated wood roof trusses and floor trusses, as well as heavy timber and glulam construction in common areas.  The design was produced for Signature Senior Living.
