This independent living senior development included 169 apartment units for residents in Green Oaks, IL.  With over 175,000 square feet spread between three levels of wood-framed construction, this project included spaces for theaters, libraries, salons, multiple dining areas, an interior courtyard, and medical/administrative/maintenance support areas.  The structural design was produced under agreements with Vessel Architecture, for Spectrum Development.
