Anchor is a great place to work. I’ve been here over four years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. The company has a work hard/plays hard mentality that focuses on getting a job well done so we can have time for fun things like the company ski day, baseball game, or happy hour.

I love working at AEI because the people who work here are intelligent and hard working. We are like a family and we like to laugh together and support each other. Everyone is dedicated to making sure Anchor is providing the best service it can for our clients.

This is a place where I like the people I work with and just as important I like the people I work for. The three principles are both engineers that understand the physics of our calculations and businessmen that keep the work coming in and the clients happy. It’s not a faceless corporation; we’re a team of people all doing our best to provide a quality service for our customers.

Anchor is a company that cares about its employees greatly. It’s good to know each day, that whatever we encounter, we do it with a strong team beside us.

There are a lot of great places to work in this city, but I don’t think there is anywhere as special as here at Anchor!

Working for Anchor Engineering has been an amazing experience. The family-like environment and overall culture of the company is unlike any other. This is a company you can and will want to grow with!

They always stress an importance of a work/life balance. That is something that you don’t always find in this industry. For me, it’s important to be able to come in, work hard, get my projects completed and then go home to my family at a decent time and spend time with them. They know what is important and they prioritize it.
