This project was a 35 unit, “for rent” apartment development that included one level of below-grade parking and five levels of concrete construction at/above grade used for parking, residential units, amenity spaces and retail/restaurant use. The residential units were primarily built in seven stories of a proprietary light-gage steel frame structure.
