With 142 Independent Living apartments, this senior community was built to serve senior residents in Lakeway, Texas. This three-story wood structure contains 103,000 square feet of apartment living spaces, and an additional 45,000 square feet of amenity and support spaces.  Vessel Architecture, working for Spectrum Development, continues to design amazing facilities to serve the US senior community.
