Tate was born in Fort Collins but has also lived in Longmont and Broomfield. He has a “man’s best friend” named Lucy that is a Shetland sheep dog/ Husky mix. In his off time Tate enjoys painting, sculpture, illustration and anything related to art.

Tate has consistently demonstrated value to the Anchor team, and has quickly worked his way up to project engineer. With several years of experience, Tate enjoys using his knowledge to produce simple solutions to very complex structural problems – especially in the design of custom homes, multifamily, and some commercial structures. He is interested in business development, management and his goal is to be a Senior Project Manager at Anchor.
