This Senior Living development was one of the first buildings constructed in the Denver area using the Prescient™ framing system. This project was a type II-B construction and included several challenges due to a tight site. Prescient™ brought the ability for all of the framing above the second-floor, post-tensioned concrete podium to be fabricated off-site and delivered ready for placement as the modular wall panels and floor trusses were picked from the delivery truck. The project included 60 living units above the at-grade parking garage. The tight site constraints meant that a structural concrete vault below the parking level was required for storm-water detention.  This project was designed through Beck Architecture for Mile High Development and Koelbel.
