As a remodel to a two-story, concrete frame building, new rooftop mechanical units were installed along with new mechanical chases through the existing 2nd floor concrete structure. A substantially sized entry tower element was designed, including over-framed elements on top of the existing roof. New and enlarged punched window openings were installed along the 16th and Stout elevations and a preexisting stairway required infill.
